Allison was raised in a military family and enjoyed living all over the United States before settling in the Fredericksburg area in 2006. She earned her Bachelor’s in Leadership and Management from the University of Mary Washington while working full time building a career in Customer Relations in Fredericksburg. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Buyer Specialist at Belcher Real Estate, LLC. She is married to fellow Realtor® Jeff Hancock, a proud mother to Dalton, and stepmother to Marley.
